Eligibility Criteria For Gujarat High Court Vacancies

Educational Qualification
  • Candidates must hold a Degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • They must be practicing advocates in civil or criminal courts as of the last date of application submission.
  • Candidates who graduated from law school after the academic year 2009-2010 must have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).

  1. Preliminary Examination (Elimination Test):

    • Duration: 2 hours
    • Includes a test on Gujarati language proficiency.

  2. Main Written Examination:
