Eligibility Criteria For CISF Recruitment

Educational Qualification:
  • Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th grade) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
  • A valid driving license is required for:
  • Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV)
  • Light Motor Vehicle (LMV)
  • Motorcycle with gear
Age Limit:
  • Minimum Age: 21 years

CISF Recruitment Selection Process

  1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): A timed run of 1.6 km in under 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
  2. Physical Standard Test (PST):
    • Height: Minimum of 170 cm
    • Chest: Minimum of 80 cm, with an expansion of at least 5 cm
  3. Documentation Verification: Verification of original documents such as educational certificates and driving licenses.
  4. Trade Test: Assessment of driving skills and knowledge.
  5. Written Examination: Objective-type questions in Hindi and English covering General Knowledge, Mathematics, Analytical Aptitude, and Language Skills.
  6. Medical Examination: Comprehensive medical check-up to ensure fitness.
