Eligibility Criteria For CIL Management Trainee
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in their respective disciplines from a recognized university.
- For SC/ST/PwD candidates, a relaxation of 5% marks is applicable.
- Final-year students expecting results in the same year may also apply.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 30 years as of September 30, 2024.
- Age relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- SC/ST: +5 years

CIL Management Trainee Recruitment Selection Process
Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Paper I: General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and General English.
- Paper II: Professional Knowledge related to the discipline.
- Each paper contains 100 questions, with a total duration of 3 hours.
- The test will be bilingual (English and Hindi).
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- General: 40 marks per paper
- OBC (NCL): 35 marks per paper
- SC/ST/PwD: 30 marks per paper
Medical Examination: Candidates who qualify for the CBT will undergo a medical fitness test.
