Junior Stenographer:
Passed +2 examination (Arts, Science, or Commerce) from CHSE, Odisha, or equivalent
Minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in both English and Odia

Completed matriculation (10th pass)
Typing speed of 40 words per minute
